Yes. We work nationwide. Most engagements are run remotely with one or two on-site visits at key milestones.

How quickly can we start?

New audits typically begin within a week. Full design engagements typically begin within 3–4 weeks.

How does co-hosting pricing work?

Nestre charges 25% of gross monthly revenue. You keep 75% — from which you cover your mortgage, utilities, and any other property expenses, with the remainder as your net profit. There are no setup fees for properties that include a Nestre design engagement. Properties joining co-hosting only are subject to a one-time onboarding fee — contact us for details.

What's the difference between On the Ground and Virtual Co-Hosting?

On the Ground co-hosting is available in NYC, Brooklyn, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Miami — Angelieque and the Nestre team are physically present for turnovers, styling inspections, and guest issues. Virtual Co-Hosting is available nationwide — we manage everything remotely including listing, pricing, guest communications, and vendor coordination, while you or a local cleaner handles physical turnover.
