The challenge

A multi-unit New York brownstone where each apartment needed its own identity while running on one shared operational backbone — and photographing as a coherent, design-forward portfolio.

The approach

We treated the building as one project: a unified material language across units, distinct palettes per apartment, and a shared turnover SOP that holds the standard nightly across every door.
